I know they are on the brunch menu at Los Toltecos, but no idea how good they are. If you happen to be in NYC or Atlantic City any time soon, the chilaquiles on the brunch menu at Dos Caminos are TO DIE FOR! Yumm!

Does anyone know where I can get really great chilaquiles in or near NW DC? I lived in Mexico for several years, and still dream about the breakfasts I had there. I've made chilaquiles at home a bunch of times, but they're always somehow lacking. Any suggestions of a great, hole-in-the-wall Mexican breakfast place? Famous spot that happens to have authentic, delicious chilaquiles? Recipe that you've had great success with? Thank you!!!
