You can make vanilla tapioca pudding that uses tapioca instead of cornstarch.

Go to the customer service desk at your grocery store and ask them to special order the Cozy Shack pudding for you. Many grocery stores will do this.

Here you go! Searching for "pudding" won't get you a cornstarch free pudding, because in the US everyone now uses cornstarch. But if you search for "pots de creme" you'll get what you are looking for. Here is a good one:

I've searched high and low for vanilla pudding w/o cornstarch (DS is allergic to corn). I know Kozy Shack makes it but I've been to about 6 stores, none of who carry specifically the vanilla flavor. Has anyone out there seen it on store shelves?

I think my best bet is to make it. Anyone out there have a good recipe? This kid has a ton of allergies, (thankfully, mild and eggs are not among them) and ALL he wants is vanilla pudding. Help!
