At least they've finally figured out he isn't Muslim. We should give them a prize.

This doesn't even make sense.

That's a strawman. I'm not Catholic and support Obama, but that's not even worth responding to.

A murder inside the Louvre and clues in Da Vinci paintings lead to the discovery of a religious mystery protected by a secret society for two thousand years -- which could shake the foundations of Christianity.

The last sentence here makes no sense in this context, unless one assumes Christianity equals Catholicism, which it does not.

As a factual matter, the Catholic Church has more societies, orders, etc, than other parts of Christianity, and some of those societies, orders, etc, are less than open. All of that leads to conspiracy theories. The Mormons have the same issue in a sense. Closed governance process. Lots of rumours.

But this is just a movie. And I did not interpret it as anti-Catholic.

Of course, there is a history of anti-Catholicism here and elsewhere, but I do not see it as a big issue now. And I am married to a Catholic. There is more than enough bad beheavoir in the Catholic Church to go around.

Can you translate this for those of us who aren't receiving transmissions through our fillings? Thanks!

While on the face of it this sounds absurd, I do know a good bit of Protestants even in my own family who look down on Catholics.

It's the Daily Caller. Worst publication in the world. Not an ounce of credibility. Ignore.

Feh! Shows what you LIE-beral Demon-crats know! The World Nut Daily (www.wnd.com) is actually the worst publication in the world. It's like the New York Review of Books for imbiciles.

Yep, the Daily Caller is bankrolled by Rick Santorum's sugar daddy.

What a stupid question! Harvard may have been founded by some Protestests a few hundred years ago, but so what? Does this mean Harvard is also anti-Jewish, anti-Muslim, anti-Mormom, and anti-Black. No one else was around a few hundred year agos to found Harvard. That, of course, does not mean that no Protestants look down on Catholics. But I am sure some Catholics look down on Protestants, as well, whether mainstream or conservative. Remember, the Pope is making it easier for mainstream Protestants to join what Catholics call The Church, even with married ministers. And I am sure Harvard was not founded by southern convervative Christians who have the most issues with The Church.

Norquist believes that the new mandate requiring health insurance plans, including those offered by religious organizations, to cover birth control will be a major issue in the 2012 presidential race.

I'm not Catholic, or even religious, but as someone who hopes to see Obama reelected, I'm praying that the 2012 election is a referendum on birth control.
