Anyone else think that it is not the greatest idea to let the entire city (and its criminals) know that you have a gun at home (DC does not have a carry permit so we all know she can't have it on her all the time).?

I thought of that too, actually. In fiction, whenever you introduce a gun into the scene, something happens.

I think it's more likely she shoots her husband one night when he comes home late from a bar.


Yeah more likely some kid from Southeast will shoot up his block over a drug deal before that ever happens.

I thought of that too, actually. In fiction, whenever you introduce a gun into the scene, something happens.

Someday when I find the time I'm going to write a series of articles on getting my learner's permit, driver's license and car. You wouldn't believe all the government intervention in me acquiring and using my own personal property!

I don't get her. According to this, she is upset about things like needing a signature on the FedEx package. How crazy is that? And whatever will she do if she fails the test -- twice!
