We have Kleenex at our office. If you have a cold or something though it's not cool just to take the entire box to your desk and blow through it.

Tissues only provided in the bathroom. Bring your own desk box. I only had one employer that you could get a desk box from.

BTW I'm the poster above and the old used utensils that are washed out for later use are plastic so it's a fun free for the office to use.

I work for the Fed. Gov.
Right on. My nose needs Puffs. My co-irkers try to use my Puffs instead of the work issued ones. No, you want Puffs buy your own.
They dont provide plastic spoons, forks, knives. There is a big drawer in the kitchen of old/used utensils. If you use them you wash them out in the kitchen area and place them back in the drawer. DISGUSTING. I saw that the first day and I promptly went down to the Walmart and bought some in bulk and keep them in my desk. I bring my own utensils. Yes...there are people that actually use the used utensils, wash them and place them back in the drawer.

We do, but we also produce them, so it makes sense.

We are a govt. contractor (not that big though), tissues are provided, albeit cheap, rough ones.

Work provides the boxes that are in the bathrooms. I have to supply the ones that I keep at my desk. I've worked in two private and one government facility over 24 years and it's always been that way.

I found some one day in our supply room. Didn't expect it, but I was willing to take advantage. But generally, I think that one's a bring your own.

Stupid/silly question, but ...

I asked my office manager today if they have any in the supply stash.

He looked at me like I was talking a foreign language...and kind of chuckled...

Guess that's a bring your own kind of thing.

I have always had employers that provided this but blew me away that mine didn't.

Does yours?
