Agree Meg Finn is fantastic, and her son Dan Metcalf is good too. They work as a team. Not sure if you are selling or buying, but I believe Meg typically only sells (though per PP, perhaps she makes exceptions), but she definitely has others on her team that do buyer side representation.

Yup. Silver Springs is in Florida.

Definitely Meg Finn. She dominates those two markets. We've used her to sell twice and buy once. She did a very good job all three times.

We're sort of looking informally in the SS/TP area and it seems like almost every listing I've seen of hers above $450k has been listed at least $50-100k over what the house ends up selling for--6 months later.
