If you went off BCP and haven't gotten a period, you're most likely not ovulating. If you don't get a period in a few months, you should see your doctor.

Try OPKs or a fertility monitor - there are things you can use to make this easier OP!!

My period was verrrrry wacky upon coming off of BCPs. It took 3 months before I got my first period, and I don't think I ovulated until many months after that. I think 3 months is pretty typical, but if it takes longer than that...you might want to try your hand at Provera or something else that will induce bleeding.

no, not necessarily. it took me 75+ days to have a period after coming off bcp (i had some underlying problems hidden by bcps) it could just be your body trying to adjust. depending on your age and how concerned you are, i'd definitely talk to your MD if you don't get a period within 4 weeks of going off bcps.

I will, unless I get lucky (overwhelmed?!) and get pregnant without a cycle. . . .no period since I got off the pill, but no pregnancy yet, either.

If you don't know your cycle length (recently off bcp), are you in a permanent 2WW, since you don't know when your period is due? Technically perhaps you can be pregnant, so no alcohol, hot tubs, medications, etc.??
