I felt twitchy after chemo. No hollowness. I agree with the PP that it might be related to your surgery. You should mention it to your oncologist and/or surgeon.

I have had chemo twice and not experienced the "hollow" feeling so maybe it is related to the surgery rather than the chemo?

Anyone experience this feeling in their chest that have had chemo treatment? I don't know how to describe it for those who have had the treatment you may know how I feel. It's been 4 months since my last treatment, I am finished with chemo. The upper left part of my lung was removed where the tumor was, I feel great otherwise. I had lymphoma and not lung cancer.
