BS. Any reasonably well connected group can get a Congressional investigation launched. It simply depends on who is in power, etc. The Congressional investigation of PP here is nothing more than a political move. The investigation is about whether PP complied with Federal law. At the moment, there is no evidence that PP has not. SK looks completely weak if that is the real basis for its decision.
