I tweaked a setting and, hopefully, this is no longer an issue. Please let me know if you continue it see it.

I had this experience too.

Beginning fairly recently, sometimes when I post the codes show in the post. I haven't seen any pattern. It automatically corrects with edit-preview-post.

I've also noticed posts from others with code showing.
