I'm looking for a scrumptious meatball recipe. I usually make a Nigella recipe, (combo beef, veal, pork) which is great, but looking for something new.
The mini-meatballs at Two Amys are delicious. I'd love to know how they make those.
I've never tried making Swedish meatballs, maybe that's what i'm looking for.
Any great recipes you'd share?
