Like if you work for the government and you make say 90K for a 40 hour week, but you put in 3 productive hours a day, do this math:
90,000/(3hrs x 5 x 48)
the 48 is the number of weeks per year you work, considering sick and vacation.
Or, if you are an architect and "charge" $250 and hour, calculate what time you actually spend on a project and come up with the true hourly pay.
