How is it helpful to tell the other parents "We've got our letter", while NOT telling us what school you are from?

You can see the GBRS after the file is submitted to the central screening committee. Contact the AART to schedule a time to look at the submitted file

Email your AART in mid feb to see if you can set up an appointment to see the file that was submitted.

I am trying to understand timing. I am already readying the optional parent questionnaire, but I cannot find anything on the FCPS website that shows the timing between the local screening committee and when things get sent to the central screening committee. I found the important dates list http://www.fcps.edu/is/aap/timeline.shtml but when can I go to the school to ask about the GBRS score? Do I wait until March?
