13:03 Soupergirl fan here. She has opened up a retail space next to the Takoma Park DC Metro. If you are hesitant about ordering without having tasted the soups, you can go there (I know, it's a trek) and check it out. You can sample all 3 hot soups of the day, and there are more flavors in the fridge. Note that she is closed on Saturday (her soups are kosher in addition to being delicious and healthy).
I'm vegan, and the rest of my family is vegetarian or mostly vegetarian. Both DH and I work full-time. We try to eat healthy, but it is very hard to make home-cooked meals all the time. I discovered Soupergirl recently, and it has been just what we needed to supplement the healthy food we cook. Plus she changes flavors often, so you don't get bored.

They have vegetarian options for all meals and snacks, and the food is fresh and delivered daily. I've been a customer for almost two years now, although I don't get delivery every day. It's not particularly cheap, but it's healthy and super convenient.

Too busy to cook and too annoyed to fight crowds at Wholefoods. Anyone know a good, healthy vegetarian, organic restaurant with take out, or better yet a company that prepares even delivers meals in Clarendon/Courthouse area? Looking for other fast, vegetarian options than Falafel joints, Indian or Sweetgreens. I'm really amazed at the lack of quick, healthy dining options in Arlington and DC in general, yet new hamburger and cupcakes shops open every other week....
