You should call the schools' FA office and see what they say. My daughter's college told us to estimate based on the prior year and provide the "real" information when we had it.

So far the acceptances my DD has received state that the FAFSA and CSS need to be completed by Feb. 1.
This will be my first year completing these applications and I am wondering how I am supposed to get it done so early?
I understand that the income tax return needs to be finished first, and I usually don't even get W-2 Forms until sometime in February!

Does anyone have any advice or experiences to offer?
