Mine: A couple of stains and cracks in the plaster on the ceiling, and some seriously messed up trim in one of the bathrooms. Also, the thresholds between rooms need to be replaced.
This is such an easy fix - you are lucky. The ceiling should run you a few hundred bucks, and the trim is not a big job either. I'm curious - what is holding you back?

Not to mention, we need to redo the insulation in the attic. Oh, and the shed... its got to go too. Pretty much no part of the house can remain untouched. Uggg...oh and the size. We didn't realize how small small was till we have lived here with a few kids.
