Short temper, but not full blown depression, low sex drive, a feeling of heaviness, random weight gain, etc. Hard To view as medical issues, but tried and true ( diet, exercise, vitamin d etc. ) not really cutting it anymore

I could have written your post! I've been wondering the same and have considered discussing w/OB or primary care dr. Don't really feel like either will take seriously the "quality of life" hormone issues b/c nothing rises to the level of a "real" medical issue. Hopefully someone will have a good recommendation.

Recommendation? Nw dc or Bethesda area. Have not felt my self for a long time. I am 41. Thanks
