You are going to need a daycare, OP.

I have seen montessori schools that will start kids in their toddler program at 18 months. There are a few in Reston, but I saw a post (can't find it now) where the Montessori School of Chevy Chase will start a program for kids that are 18 months this summer. My kids go the Boyd School in Sterling. It's a montessori school that also has a nursery/infant program.

I have not seen any. The only ones I've seen start at 2 years.

OP here. Well sure it would be day care, as I work full time and need care all day. But my older son is in a full time preschool that of course is essentially day care but it's called a ECC/preschool. And not at a large center called a day care.

That's why I was wondering if there was such a thing as a preschool that started at 18 months. If there's no such thing we will just look at daycare centers.

Isn't that daycare?

We we live in the Forest Glen area of Silver Spring, MD and are in search of any full time programs at a preschool that start at 18 months. Do any exist? We are aware of a lot that start at 2 years.
