I haven't tried any of these recipes, but I would if I had a Vitamix!
Smoothie:
1/2 to 2/3 of the whole thing is vegetables
-kale and spinach
-some celery, carrot, avocado, cucumber, etc
-1/2 a banana always and some frozen berries
-coconut water and/or almond milk
-a scoop of protein powder
-one tablespoon freshly ground flax or chia seeds
-spirulina
-a few drops of liquid stevia
-cinnamon or ginger
-a splash of vanilla

Oooo I'm so jealous! That is a splurge I'd love to have. I'd make green smoothies packed with kale and spinach. And soups! I have a tortilla soup that I love to make; full of veggies and I purée them.

I'll try to find specific recipes to post here later on. can I come use it?

Did yours not come with a recipe book? I got the 6300 for Christmas (also from Costco) and it came with a 300 pg recipe book. So far I've made hummus, a fruit salad smoothie, a green smoothie with peaches, and protein shakes.

DH bought me the 5200c from Costco. He did a lot of research nd said their price was $100 less than anywhere else.
