OP here. I just don't get how those things can stay up, and when s/he would walk, I'd bet it's this tight, cinching feeling. Of course, if someone wants to pull it off, and can, then that's his/her choice. Just looking at that guy, though, makes me feel how uncomfortable something like that would be.
