This stuff definitely freezes, but if you're like me, I freeze the left over stock, then forget about it b/c you have to thaw it in advance of using it again. So I end up with lots of tupperware containers in the freezer w/stock.
Wine & bbq sauce definitely freezes too. I'm not sure about the shelf life of the latter. 4 mos. seems an awfully long time for homemade, but maybe the vinegar keeps it from spoiling.
Sometimes, I can be organized enough to plan two meals in the same week using the stock and supplementing with H2O if the stock runs out. When you just have a little bit of stock or wine, I use it to re-heat rice dishes to soften the rice or dump it in soup.
