I think some parts of the Palisades overlook the Potomac river. Of course there is terrible flooding there from the street sewers on MacAurthur Blvd..

I live in Cleveland Park. Marvelous view of the Cathedral to the South, treetops and sunrises to the East (from the third floor).

I live across the street from Rock Creek in CCDC and it feels like we are in a tree house. Absolutely beautiful.
