Subject: Any recommendations for a budget digital camera?
I love my Samsung SL202. It was about $80 as I remember and has a rechargeable battery.

I just got the Sony Cybershot W560 - $90 at Amazon or Best Buy. Its a great camera.

Look on CNET for reviews
Also filter your amazon search by price range (left side of screen) and then sort by average user reviews (in upper right hand corner) to see what people liked.

I just got a Canon A2200 from Target for $80. It was $129 I think. It's 14.1 pixels, 4x zoom. Has video. Very basic.

Want to get one for a relative who is using a $10 one from walmart right now. Thinking in the $50-$80 range, nothing fancy. I hate amazon, there are 100 choices....
