Not op but this looks good. I always forget about her website but everything I've made from there is great. I may try this later in the week.

i'm making a grain salad of:
roasted brussies, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, walnuts, quinoa, some blue cheese. i think a dressing just of olive oil/balsamic, maybe some rosemary?

Not sure how it will turn out, first time making it!
