Everything in moderation. My kids hardly drink apple juice but their friends want it when they come over because their moms won't let them have juice.

The Galevston apple juice I buy has iron, vitamin C, & fiber. Not sure what candy you buy that has those nutrients but I spend a little more and get a healthier juice. A glass a day isn't going to kill my kids, and I'm betting the milk you give your kids has the same amount of sugar as apple juice.... If we don't buy the Galveston apple juice we buy the Uncle Matt brand... (see below).

And really? Soy? We can argue how healthy that is for a child.
