Another vote for Dino or Palena. Very different atmospheres - but both have good service and good-to-great food. Enjoy!

If you're driving, just park in that lot right by Cleveland Park metro...or just take the metro if not!

Second Dino and Palena...Petits Plats is one of my favorites too.

Driving or taking the metro? If driving, parking is a lot easier in Cleveland Park and I would go with Palena or maybe Dino if you want Italian.

DEFINITELY PALENA!!!! (Cafe part, not the more formal restaurant in back). You won't be disappointed.

I enjoy Spices for Sushi in Cleveland Park.

Open City is always lively.

Oh I LOVE Mellow Mushroom which just opened up in Adams Morgan...

I'm meeting a friend that I haven't seen in about 15 years. We are meeting in Cleveland Park or Woodley Park.... I'd like something that has good food, nice atmosphere, but will also be somewhat busy and fun atmosphere so we don't feel awkward like we are the only people there! I was thinking Lebanese Taverna, Open City in Woodley or Ripple or Sorriso in Cleveland Park... thoughts ?? recommendations???
