Not specifically but there are all sorts of neurological things that happen as you are falling asleep -- for a while I had head "explosions." My impression is these things are benign and if you are ok otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't really know how to describe this but here goes...At night when I initially nod off and then am somehow awakened not long afterward, I feel an odd "pressure" in my arms/upper body/head, for lack of a better word - and this is while I'm still totally reclining. It's almost as if all of my blood is flowing to my extremities. It passes as I fully wake up (lasts a few short seconds). I have no other symptoms or health issues that i'm aware of, and when this sensation passes I'm just fine. Anyone experience something similar??
