Why not-season the meat with cumin, lime juice, ground pepper,garlic and other typical fajita seasonings. Should be yummy and healthier. Freaking go go it!

Sure that would be good use of turkey. I'd add extra cheese though, since lowfat often is less tasty! Another good use is chili.

Was thinking of making something like the recipe below with leftover turkey breast meat. Think it would work just as well?
