Check out Shawn Millard at www.chefmillard.com. I have never used his professional services, but I have eaten at his home, and he is a phenomenal chef and host. I've been to small-scale and large-scale dinners he has hosted, and he never sits down to relax or eat himself until everything is perfect, so I only imagine what his professional service must be like.

Hi there. We'll be having lots of people over to our house for Sunday brunch after a family event, and I'd rather not do all the cooking and cleanup. Does anyone know how I can find a good chef with a helper to do it? I'd prefer not to hire a catering company, but rather an individual who would do all the cooking on site. Thanks!
