The posts you reported were all from different posters. I would argue that those were not exactly examples of trolling so much as just rude responses. In some cases, the point of the poster was actually valid, it was just presented in a pretty impolite manner. Trolling is an intentional attempt to stir up a debate. DCUM has always had its share of trolls and I'm not sure that there is an increase in their number. But, I think there has been an increase in the number of overly rude posts. We also have always had our share of those, but I think that we have a larger number of users for whom rude responses are the normal type of reply and who rarely post responses that aren't rude. I have been starting to track such posters and encouraging them to change their ways.
