I made Chicken Tikka Masala in the crockpot with thighs and breasts last weekend. It turned out great, but I have to warn you: not at all a healthy recipe. On the upside, I used more chicken than called for and it still made more than enough sauce, and lots of leftovers. I used both breasts and thighs, and used much less butter than called for.

Moroccan chicken -- Chicken in stock with onions, olives and lemons, a turmeric, ginger and a little cinnamon. I've always browned the chicken first, but can't imagine it makes that big a difference.

I have 1.5 lbs each of fresh chicken breasts and thighs. Any good recipes for me to try? I do chicken for enchiladas all the time ... maybe barbecue chicken?
