I have had a lot of nausea so far and my appetite has also gone back and forth. I am either not hungry at all or ravenous. Last night I was at a function and pigged out on chips, salsa and guacamole, so I didn't think twice about not eating a "real dinner" when I got home. Looking back I probably could have eaten more, but I wasn't overly *hungry* b/c of the chips so I just left it alone and went to bed. For whatever reason, I woke up about fifteen times throughout the night with the worst morning sickness I've had yet. I didn't ACTUALLY throw up, but it was constantly that feeling of "I'm about to throw up" complete with gagging. It was horrible. I still felt badly in the morning, though not as bad, and now I feel ok after eating part of a muffin.
Basically, I'm trying to figure out what brought this on so I can prevent it from happening again. Do I need to be totally full when I go to sleep?
