I was trying to start a dialogue in off topic about my comfort level with political discourse in church sermons. I went back to look for responses and could not find the post. Did you really censor such a thread or did it die a natural death? It is very difficult to talk about religion publicly because it is such a charged issue. I would feel really uncomfortable addressing this issue with a church member but I wanted to commiserate about it here. What happened?
