A friend of mine goes to the Tysons Corner CrossFit and swears by it. (I have other friends who go to the ones in Clarendon and Alexandria and have seen astonishing results, so the concept is sound.)

I looked on the website and the Crossfit Fairfax location on Main Street is actually a bail bonds office.

Choose Virginia and you'll see all the affiliates around- there are three in Fairfax alone. Check out their websites, go for a visit, see which one fits you the best.

Can anyone recommend a place for Crossfit in Fairfax (or very near)? A place that a late-30's mom can go to get her fitness mojo back? Not overweight just need to tone and shape. I run, so cardio is not the issue.
