We dropped off some balloons for a friend before her first triathlon a couple years ago, they took them to the race and her husband used them to mark where her stuff was. I don't remember what they said, good luck and something else.

I ran a marathon last year and the funniest sign I saw was held by a pregnant women. It said "run skinny bitches run"

Anyone have any fun suggestions? Seen any funny or encouraging signs during your tri/marathon? My DH is doing an Ironman and I am going to try and post signs every mile of the run (which is a full marathon, after the swim and bike are completed)...I've got about 10 ideas from online sources, and a few personal jokes...my favorites so far are:

Puke & Rally.
Worst. Parade. Ever.
Getting up early to make this sign wasn't easy either.
Nipple chaffing turns me on.
Run Total Stranger Run.


So, DCUM...what funny signs can I make to encourage my DH and the other runners?? Thanks!
