OP Here - Thanks for all the suggestions, I might try the vitamin B route, there's a Whole Foods near my office. I'm a tad lactose intolerant, but my body doesn't seem to like heavily processed soy either, so which protein powder do you think would be easier for my body to handle?
I thankfully haven't gotten sick much, but feeling close to it as often as I do is even more miserable for me, it's like if I could just get sick I would feel better (even though I know that's not true).

I'm running out of sick days at work as well, I'm lucky to have a desk job more or less, but right now I'd love nothing more than to be laying in my bed!
