I agree w/ PP about ground meet. Something like meat sauce, taco filling, or even meatloaf heats up well in the microwave. Also mashed potatoes or rice.

Veggies steam well in the microwave. Just do the prep work in the morning, steam when you get home, and add a bit of fresh lemon and butter. Yummmmmm!

Pasta and things with a good sauce heat well in the microwave. Meat tends to get tough, so I'd stick with non-meat items, unless the meat pieces are small or ground. Mexican and Chinese food are pretty good in the microwave.

I'm looking for dinner ideas that reheat well in the microwave, or quickly on the stove top. I have an hour or so to fully make dinner in the morning, but am then gone until 6:30pm when we get home and everyone wants dinner. I'd like it to be all cooked, just have to throw it into the microwave for a quick reheat, and sit down. But all I can think of are chilis, stews and soups. And I'm not looking for crockpot recipes, I'm good on those. Thanks!
