Doesn't that make them capris, and then it wouldn't do anything for middle aged women. So, maybe if you're under 35?

I think it depends on the style of the jeans. I roll my jeggings or skinny jeans to give them a cuff type look at the bottom of my pants. Then I pair them with wedged shoes or ballet flats.

I typically roll only out of necessity. My legs are on the short side, and so most jeans are a bit too long for me (petite is usually too short). During the torrential rains of the past few weeks, I resorted to rolling so that my jeans would not drag on the wet ground. It worked fine, I didn't look ridiculous, but I wouldn't do it otherwise.

I see this on people too, it's cute on them, I don't think I can pull it off with my short legs though. Maybe with some great heels!

I roll my maternity straight leg jeans so that I don't have to have two pairs hemmed for flats/heels.

Everywhere I go and look....stores, online, magazines, catalogs.....everyone is rolling their pants. I did this in the 80s (yes, I'm dating myself). I think it looks cute on some people but a little trendy. Personally, I like it but I fear I may look like I'm trying too hard. If you roll, what kind of shoes do you wear?
