War of the Roses is definitely fake. Second date update might be, too. I read an article a while back that those are always actors that work for a service that produces these types of calls for morning radio. I'll try to find it and post a link. I haven't been able to get into it since then.

Absolutely LOVE the show! Sarah did get back her license though. The cop didn't show up to the court date so they gave back her license and all her fee/fines.
