Yes. One child is in an AAP center. I received approval from my youngest's base school principal and the AAP center principal to transfer, as there were plenty of available spaces in that particular grade at the center school. The AAP center forwarded the approved request to the district, which declined the transfer due to the school being red-lighted.

For example, if my kids go to my mother's house after school, can they go to elementary school that is close to her instead of the one they are supposed to go to?
