talk to any of the farmers market meat guys. New Asbury lamb is incredible and Truck Patch has the best pork I've ever tasted. Just call them.

There is a farm at Palisades farmers market every Sunday that sells beef, chicken, etc. They will take orders or you can go out to the farm.

West Wind Farm is a good option for bulk purchase of local grass fed beef-- they are taking orders until Oct. 5 (and after that you can buy smaller "sampler packs" until next year).

Polyface Farm is a great one! I get all my meat from them, and they have delivery drops around the region every six weeks. I heard from someone that they aren't adding more customers, but the website doesn't indicate that. They have become so popular, though, that they often don't have what you want, so you have to go with less popular cuts of meat.
Google Polyface inc and you'll find them.

I have been checking out the EatWild site to find a local source(s) for organic, humanely-raised beef and poultry.
I'm thinking of purchasing a large amount at one time and am hoping to find recommendations here, as it is a large commitment and there are several choices.
