I responded to your other post. Inventory of SFH in this area has been very low. It's a convenient location to DC, the Pentagon, Mark Center and Tysons. The schools are similar to, or better than, those in adjacent parts of Alexandria and South Arlington. The school demographics would repel some potential renters, but the location is good enough to attract others.

Glen Forest has some really good teachers, but I believe it is #1 in mobility rate meaning the most kids that move in and out throughout the year-
