I know you said no-cook, but the main thing I've been having are a packet of instant Cream-of-Wheat made with water, a banana, and a cup of coffee with half-and-half (I CANNOT get myself to give up cream in my coffee yet!). 4 points. I've also done the 0% fat Fage Greek yogurt with strawberries (no honey, unlike 23:56).
