You pack vegetable broth packets when you travel? Cute.

If you miss the Vegetable Broth Concentrate, check out Liquid Reduced Sodium Vegetable Broth Concentrate at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Savory-Choice-Vegetable-Concentrate-4-2-Ounce/dp/B001E5E2B8/ref=sr_1_2?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1328118535&sr=1-2)

I'm pretty sure they produced the product for TJ as a white label. Tastes and smells the same.

I was wondering where they went. That's a shame. However, admittedly, they weren't all that tasty IMO.

I've come to love the Safeway Organics brand of Veggie stock which works very well if you want a ready to go broth. Light with very good flavor but will not overpower anything...I use it extensively when making risottos so I can't use a stock that is really strong flavored which was an issue I had before finding this one.

I usually use Pacific brand vegetarian broth. I get it from a local farmers market, so I don't know what stores its sold in, but you can find it on amazon as well.

I use Knorr's Vegetarian bouillion cubes.
I got them from the UK but they should sell on Amazon or at european groceries in the area.

One of my staple cooking items has always been hard to find on TJs shelves, but I asked yesterday, and was told they had discontinued the vegetarian broth packets( that come 12 to a box- each making a cup of broth). Anyway, if you are bummed about this, like me, please write to tjs customer service ( I googled that and found a form to fill out online). Alternately, if anyone has a recommendation, I'd appreciate it. Brith cubes are so salty, and I have not found a good box broth yet. Thanks.
