Even better - Anastasia has a brow grow serum. Much less expensive and it's grown my brows out.

Save your money. I apply generic Rogaine from Costco (or CVS, etc) on my eyebrows with a Q-tip, and it works wonders.

The downside is that the effect isn't permanent and will last only as long as you apply the rogaine daily.

The upside is .... it really does grow your eyebrow hair back.

I try putting some Latisse on my sparse brows, but it hasn't helped. It only helped a bit on my upper lashes.
