We never got a diagnosis and I have textbook 28 day cycles each month and my husband has great sperm. We have no idea why we couldn't conceive naturally.
The fact that you conceived naturally and easily in the past is huge. Chances are it is just a numbers game now. Remember, even with great egg and sperm and perfect timing it doesn't always happen.

OP-are you going through a stressful time? Work maybe? With #1 I was in graduate school but got pregnant while on vacation during winter break. I fully think that that's what did it

I should note I practice NFP, so was actively charting/temping for each pregnancy. And even with no trouble getting pregnant, life can still take a turn.

DS 1 -- age 27 : 2 months
Working on DC 2 -- age 29 --- so far 5 months and still nothing...I know I was lucky the first time around but I'm started to feel a bit frustrated since I had in my head I wanted a certain age difference between the kids...
