I found swimming to be a relaxing, non-strenuous activity I could do while TTC. I never did it right after an IUI and I think most clinics say don't do it during the 2WW if you've done IVF, but I think those are your only restrictions. Good luck!

Okay, this may be the wierdest question in a while, but here is goes. Do you all think it's a good idea to swim while TTC? Could the chlorine kinda mess things up "up there?" TIA! And good luck to everyone! This process can be a real drag so hang in there!!!
