Just send them total lifetime kwh production

Does anyone else have this combo for solar panels? I am getting messages from sol systems saying I need to send them some number off my solar meter to get our check for excess solar production. I’m not sure where to find this number. As far as I can tell, sol systems hasn’t sent us any rebate money in years. Is there some way to see a record of what was sent and the meter history? I emailed sol systems and they were wildly unhelpful.
