If it's nice, go to Parc Butte Chaumont and have a meal or a glass at on of the spots in or next to the park. Or one of the less-touristy museums, like the Musée Carnavalet or the Musée de Cluny or the Rodin museum.

Take a walk around Le Marais and stop by Place des Vosges. Beautiful park/square.

Yeah, if your itinerary was packed up to this point then a more relaxing free day is absolutely the way to go.

It’s one day. Walk around. Eat. Drink. Walk and eat more. Just shut up and breathe.

I loved Giverny (Monet's home, and home of the famous water lilies), but it was years ago. No idea if it's still magical, or if it's totally overrun with busloads of tourists.

+1 for Carnavalet and Marmottan

I went to the Mint when the Euro was new. Also the Gobelins Tapestry metier. Both were very interesting.

If you didn’t get a boat ride on the Seine, the Batobus or classier bateau mouche might be nice.

Euro Disney, only 20 miles away.

A food crawl (either from one of the tour companies or DIY) involving desserts, chocolate, and/or cheese would be fun if you haven't indulged much yet.

Was there last week - I think these are the tourists things but if not, recommend Saint Chappelle (stunning - didn't know much about this one going in but it was my favorite), Luxumbourg Gardens, the Calder exhibit and Rodin Museum.

Anything Fat Tire Tour or Paris by Mouth?

Have you done the catacombs? We wanted to but didn't get to it.

Or take a cooking class? That was one of our favorite activities from the trip last summer.

We did a day trip to Reims and did some wine tastings. Veuve Clicquot is there.

We have done the major tourist stops, but have one last day. It will be warm. Any suggestions?
