You don't have to be "tested". As an adult, you can go to a psychiatrist who can interview you and ask about your medical and symptom history, and you can be diagnosed that way. Then the psychiatrist can prescribe drugs.

If you need to be "tested" for accommodations in the work place or university, then you have to go to a psychologist for a psyched evaluation.

I would not recommend an online service--only because a prescriber might be wary of prescribing a stimulant if you only took an online test.

If you do not want a stimulant, it might be easier.

You might be able to find a therapist that can do it. We paid around $150-200 for a therapist to do the test and to write the letter. The test is just asking a bunch of questions and is probably some version of the Valentine test, which also screens for ODD, OCD, etc.
